Official Promotion Rules & How To Play
  1. No purchase is necessary. Game pieces are available while supplies last or within contest dates, whichever is earlier. Quantity of 100 game pieces will be distributed between the start date of July 18, 2008 and end date of July 17, 2009 or when game card supplies are exhausted, which ever date comes first. Minimum age to participate is 18 years. Void where prohibited by law. Game open to legal US residents.

  2. How to Play: Grand Prize: $100,000 Scratch off a MAXIMUM of six (6) areas out of thirty six (36). If you reveal the 6 winning symbols "STAR", you win the Grand Prize of $100,000 USD, subject to verification. If you reveal one, two, three, four, five, or six "X" your game card is automatically void and is not a winner of grand prize.

  3. Prizes / Odds: Grand Prize is $100,000 USD (US Dollars). Grand prize winner is responsible for paying taxes, license, and insurance. Maximum of (1) Grand Prize may be awarded in this promotion. The first game card submitted to Sponsor and is verified as a legitimate winner will be considered the grand prize winner. Odds are 1 in 1,947,790 to win Grand Prize.

  4. Prize Redemption: Grand Prize winning game piece(s) claims must be submitted to sponsor and verified as a winning card by Sponsors' promotional prize company, WP, within 3 business days past end date of promotion. Contestants must sign the back of the scratch card, and submit the original scratch card along with a photocopy of the front of the scratch card, and a copy of their valid driver's license and social security card. Contestants also are required to retain a legible photocopy of the valid scratch card for their records. Contestants may be required to take and pass a polygraph test to confirm official rules compliance and to confirm no tampering of game card or fraud of any kind has occurred. Send winning game card via traceable shipping carrier (UPS / FED-EX/ etc) to: Winning Promotions, Claims Dept, 7442 W. Madison Street, Forest Park, IL 60130. WP nor Sponsor are responsible for any lost or misdirected shipments.

  5. Scratch card is void if more than six (6) scratch off surfaces are revealed in whole or part. If there are any marks or scratches on the game card, other than the original printing, game piece will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for any prize redemption.

  6. Any scratch card that is damaged in any manner, manipulated, duplicated, fraudulent, forged, destroyed, altered, copied, hand printed, or tampered with in any way will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for prize redemption. Eligible scratch cards must be original game piece. Nothing may be done to enhance a contestant's normal chance of winning. Any act or omission that changes the odds of this contest will render the scratch card void. Any printing error will render all game cards null and void.

  7. Alternate Entry is required for all Consumer Promotions (Business to Business promotions and Incentive Promotions do not fall under the same laws as consumer promotions and do not require alternate means of entry into this promotion). If this is a consumer promotion and you would like to receive a free game card, send a self addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor Address: MVP Network, Alternate Entry, 110 N Jefferson Ave, St. Louis, MO 63103. Each request must be mailed separately, and must be original and handwritten. Only one alternate entry request allowed per household for entire promotion.

  8. Eligibility: Employees and/or family members of employees of WP Printing and Promotions, LLC, vendors of WP, WP Prize Insurance Company(s), Agency(s), and Sponsor(s) are ineligible to participate in this instant win game promotion. Sponsor and/or WP reserve the right to change or cancel game promotion without advance notice.

  9. All scratch cards presented for prizes are subject to verification. By participating, contestants agree to be bound by the official contest rules. Contestants also agree to allow Sponsor and/or WP to use their name in advertising and public relations for no consideration in any way. In resolving any disputes or issues of interpretation that may arise under these rules, WP Printing and Promotions shall be the sole and final judge.
